What we collect, and why
We keep data collection to a minimum and only process what we need.
Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form we receive the name, work email, company (optional) and message you submit. We use this solely to respond to you and, where relevant, to take steps toward a possible engagement.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and steps prior to entering a contract at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and (b)).
- Retention: we keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, then delete it.
Technical logs
Our hosting provider processes standard server and security logs (such as IP address and request data) to operate the site and keep it secure. These are retained for a short period and not used to profile you.
Who processes data for us
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions as data processors:
- Microsoft Azure — website hosting and the contact-form endpoint (EU region).
- Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
Where any provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no third-party analytics on it. Only strictly necessary technical storage may be used to deliver the page. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact form on our website.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority, the Privacy Protection Authority (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) — www.imy.se.
